Puro Tabaco S.A., Exclusive Distributor of Habanos, S.A. for the Latin American South Cone, has organized several activities on November 4 and 9 in the cities of Buenos Aires and Rosario in order to honor the Habanos. These activities are part of the Habanos Day 2011 in Argentina, when one of the most important events will be the tasting of some of the new 2011 products presented in the market by this Distributor.
The event will open with a cocktail-tasting at the Cohiba Atmosphere of the Petit Palais, where the main customers, retailers and guests could enjoy the new Habanos marriages with premium wines and other drinks. In addition, there will be an opportunity to attend a demonstrative class on “how to roll a Habano”, in charge of the prestigious cigar roller Ideltrudis Cabrera, from the world-known Partagás factory of Cuba.
Later on, a similar event will be celebrated in the city of Rosario, with the presence of the main retailers and customers of that region.
Finally and with sponsorship of the EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF CUBA, a Gala Dinner will be organized to be attended by the main retailers and distributors of the area. The purpose of this dinner is to make the official launching of Cohiba 1966 for the South Cone, an Edición Limitada of 2011 that has aroused great expectations among Habanos enthusiasts in Argentina.
