New Strategic Marketing Director of Habanos, S.A.

is pleased to announce that Mr. Rodrigo González Jiménez was appointed as new Strategic Marketing Director.

 Rodrigo González has more than 15 years of experience in Communication and Marketing areas in multinational companies. He started working in Imperial Tobacco Company in 2006 where he occupied different responsibilities in the Corporate Communications and Trade & Consumer Marketing divisions. In 2014, he assumed the position of Operational Marketing Deputy Director in Habanos, S.A. a role he held until this moment.

Rodrigo González is replacing Mr. José María López Inchaurbe in the position, following José María’s appointment last May as the new Habanos, S.A. Development Vice-president.



The Havana-based company, jointly owned by the Cuban industry and the British Imperial Tobacco Group, which markets all 27 Habanos brands worldwide.
