La Casa del Habano’s international network, a franchise managed by Habanos, S.A., continues to consolidate its presence in Europe with the opening of a new space in Hamburg. Named after the Duske & Duske experience, this new location becomes the brand’s 20th franchise in Germany, a market that remains the second most important in the world for the network, after Cuba.

At the helm of this new project are Christian and Sebastian Duske, father and son, heirs to a family tradition linked to the world of Habanos. The 140-square-meter main room invites conversation and enjoyment in an environment designed for sharing experiences and delving deeper into the ritual of the Habano. The 28-meter walk-in humidor guarantees optimal storage conditions and has personalized lockers for customers seeking that touch of exclusivity and belonging.

The inauguration of the new space was attended by Her Excellency Juana Martínez González, Cuban Ambassador to Germany, and Ms. Anamary Suárez Quiñones, Counselor for Economic and Commercial Relations at the Cuban Embassy. Both representatives highlighted the opening as a reflection of the vitality of the sector and the strategic role that Germany plays for Habanos, S.A. in Europe. During the evening, Marco Niepoort, from the renowned Port wine producer, offered attendees the opportunity to taste historic vintages, adding a special touch to the celebration. Representatives from 5th Avenue Products Trading GmbH, the exclusive distributor of Habanos, S.A. in Germany, Austria, and Poland, also attended, consolidating institutional and commercial support for this new location.
