Habanos, S.A. participated in the 39th edition of the Havana International Fair (FIHAV 2023)
Habanos, S.A. was present at the 39th edition of the Havana International Fair (FIHAV) which took place from 6th to 11th of November at the EXPOCUBA fairgrounds. FIHAV, organized by the Cuban Chamber of Commerce, is an event not to be missed which brought the culture of Habanos – a unique product with Protected Appellation of Origin and one of Cuba’s greatest ambassadors in the world – closer to the more than 20,000 participants who were able to visit the Habanos stand along with 844 other companies from 63 countries.
Habanos, S.A. had its own 64 square meter stand located in the Central Pavilion. During the four days of the fair, visitors were able to enjoy a selection of iconic Habanos’ brands such as Cohiba, Romeo y Julieta, Montecristo and Partagás, among others. The products that particularly stood out on this occasion were: Romeo & Julieta Línea de Oro and Cohiba Siglo de Oro. Also present at the stand were products designed exclusively for the La Casa del Habano network of specialized stores, such as Juan López Selección Especial and La Gloria Cubana Glorias.
In this edition, Habanos, S.A. received the 2023 Design Award for its Cohiba Siglo de Oro. The jury, headed by the National Design Office, rewards the originality and quality of product design.
