Inauguration of the second Habanos Specialist store in Cartagena, Colombia
Last August 25th, around 40 lovers of the best tobacco in the world, El Habano, gathered in the city of Cartagena de Indias – Colombia for the inauguration of this new Habanos Specialist store, where they could enjoy an evening full of Music, Mojitos and, of course, Habanos.
The Commercial Director of Caribe Imports S.A.S, Exclusive Distributor of Habanos, S.A. for Colombia, Javier Velasco, officially granted the status of Habanos Specialist to CTG CIGAR BAR, represented by David Monroy, Edmond Mishaan and Raúl Redondo who have managed to meet the necessary standards for the commercialization of one of Cuba’s flagship products, the Habano.
This new Habanos Specialist is located in one of the historic neighborhoods of the city of Cartagena, Getsemaní, it has the capacity to receive at least 25 people in its facilities and an open space of 10 m², as well as a walk-in humidor in where fans will be able to find a wide selection and variety of Habanos, which can be tasted on site accompanied by a drink of their choice.
The event began with an opening reception of various classic cocktails, later the guests also enjoyed some tapas accompanied by a wide repertoire of live music, while they tasted the magnificent H. Upmann Connossieur B Habano (54 ring gauge x 150 mm length ), one of the most representative vitolas within the Habanos portfolio and one of the most appreciated by aficionados.
