Habanos, S.A. exhibits its latest innovations at InterTabac, 2022
- After two years of absence, the international trade fair for tobacco and smoking accessories returns with the presence of the world leader in premium tobacco.
- Habanos, S.A. had its own 250-square-meter stand where it exhibited some of this year’s novelties.
Habanos, S.A., world leader in the commercialization of Premium tobacco, took part in the new edition of InterTabac, the International Fair of Tobacco Products and Accessories for Smokers, which opened its doors to tobacco-loving exhibitors once again after two years, due to the pandemic. This year’s edition was held mid-September in the German city of Dortmund and welcomed more than 12,000 visitors.
Together with its exclusive distributor for Germany, Austria and Poland, 5TH Avenue Products Trading-GmbH, Habanos, S.A. had its own 250-square-meter stand where it was able to exhibit this year’s novelties, as well as other premium tobacco products for the German and world markets.
In this space, the most demanding aficionados were able to discover and see first-hand some of the latest Habanos releases, such as Partagás Serie E No.2 Gran Reserva Cosecha 2015, La Gloria Cubana Glorias, H. Upmann Super Magnum, Partagás Legados Edición Limitada, H. Upmann Magnum 52 (Chinese Year) or La Flor De Cano Elegidos. Also, part of the exhibition were Cohiba Ambar and Cohiba 55 Aniversario Edición Limitada, a celebration that was recently commemorated at an exclusive event in Havana.
Different personalities were also present at this edition of InterTabac, among them the Cuban Ambassador to Germany, Her Excellency Juana Martínez González, Commercial Counselor Anamary Suarez Quiñones and actor Ralf Möller. Inocente Núñez Blanco, Co-President of Habanos, S.A., and Lisbeth Alonso Miró, Vice-President of Logistics of Habanos, S.A., also participated.
During the fair, the Cigar Journal 2022 Awards ceremony also took place, in which Partagás Serie D and Partagás Serie D No.4 were recognized as the most valued Cuban brand and vitola by aficionados. “At Habanos, S.A. we certainly work and compete against ourselves, we have a unique and different origin, and our intention is always to surpass ourselves year after year, satisfy the most demanding aficionados and offer a unique experience to Habano lovers.“, said the co-president of Habanos, S.A. during the collection of the award. “This recognition helps us to know each year how aficionados perceive our brands and launches. This is precisely one of the most useful ways to learn so that all our Habanos are the best in their category“, he concluded.
