New La Casa del Habano franchise opened in Moscow, sixth in Russia
Last Wednesday, August 30th, 2023, the second boutique of La Casa del Habano franchise was officially opened in the city of Moscow. The new boutique is located in one of the newly constructed buildings in a new Moscow micro-district, which is part of the modern residential complex “ZILART”.
The franchisee is Riad Bou Karam, who was rewarded with the “Habano Award 2021 in the Business category. Riad is the pioneer in opening La Casa del Habano franchise for the Russian Federation. The first boutique of the international franchise opened its doors in 2006 and has been operating for 17 uninterrupted years in the center of Moscow.
The inauguration of the second Moscow boutique La Casa del Habano and the ribbon-cutting ceremony were attended by His Excellency Ambassador Mr. Julio Antonio Garmendia Peña, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to the Russian Federation, and other representatives of the Cuban mission.
The vibrant and endearing event to celebrate the opening of the new La Casa del Habano in the capital was held among aficionados and representatives of Top Cigars Corporation, distributor of Habanos for the Russian market.
Guests were able to enjoy the excellent Habano of the renowned Ramón Allones brand, in its Gigantes vitola (ring gauge 49 x 194 mm length), accompanied by pleasant drinks and gastronomic delicacies.
With this new La Casa del Habano, there are now 6 franchises in Russia where you can enjoy the best experience and selection of Habanos for aficionados of what is considered the world’s best cigar.
